Did you know we've moved Central's Night Crafters to Ruiz?  We did!  And this month we'll be learning embroidery.  One of my favorite things to do is teach and do embroidery.  It's like writing with thread.  I'll have canvas bags, hankies, napkins, pillowcases, and plain old fabric.  I also have tons of great patterns that you can iron onto whatever you want to stitch and so many different embroidery floss colors it'll make your head spin!  You're even welcome to bring your own fabric (jean shorts - hello!) and stitch away.  Take a peek at our booklist for some inspiration!

Meet us in the meeting room at Ruiz at 6:30 pm on Monday.  For more information call Ruiz at 512-974-7500.  This is an adults only craft program.  There are many family and children programs at the library, check the calendar for where and when.  I hope to see you there on Monday!
