On the second Thursday evening of each month, Night Crafters comes to the Old Quarry Branch Library. This month, on May 11 from 6 to 7:30 p.m., we'll be creaing wall planters out of clay. Come and work out the stress of the day by rolling out clay with a rolling pin and shaping it into your own planter with your design.

Night Crafters is a monthly series of programs held in several branches of the Austin Public Library that aims to attract adults on the way home from work who'd like to use their hands to create things. The crafts are always different--one month it's papier-mâché, another month it might be working with mobiles. We hope to see you there. Old Quarry Branch Library is at 7051 Village Center Drive in Austin, just off Far West Blvd.
