School State of Mind

The first day of school is just around the corner!  Notebooks, pencils and new shoes are flying off the shelves.  The summer holidays are winding down much and a whole new school year is beginning.  I have some memorable first days of school, however the one that sticks in my head the most is the first day of seventh grade when I accidentally overslept and nearly missed the school bus.  Trust me, you do NOT want to start off a school year by chasing down a school bus.  However, the rest of year got much better after that!

Now, while you may not want to think too much about the school year to come, there are lots of really neat books about all the drama and adventures that can happen within the school walls to get you in a school state of mind.

Check these books out, and may your first day of school be a big breeze! Good luck!
