Introduction to MS Word
All classes are limited to 8 people per session. They are filled on a first come, first served basis. Students should have basic computer skills prior to attending. Students must have attended Part 1 before attending Part 2.
This class is designed to introduce you to the most commonly used Microsoft Office Suite application: MS Word. This course will familiarize you with the terminology, user interfaces, and basic functions and capabilities of MS Word. After attending both Part 1 and Part 2, students will know how to create and manage documents, enter and edit text, modify the structure and the appearance of text, and add graphics and tables to text.
Drop in for free computer training at several Library locations throughout town. Our classes cover topics such as how to use email, look for a job, put finishing touches on your résumé and navigate social media.
