Meditation and Discussion

Join us for 20 minutes of meditation to relax, breathe, and de-stress, followed with a reading and group sharing centered around how our practice/mindfulness in one’s daily life creates awareness and peace.

Elizabeth is a practitioner dedicated to assisting people in their journey of awakening. A Master’s in Spiritual Psychology, graduate of the MBSR course (Mind Based Stress Reduction) and her 18-year meditation practice, Elizabeth continues to bring meditation into the community through the workplace, weekly groups, mindfulness workshops, and therapeutic work with individual clients. 

No experience with meditation is necessary, all levels are welcome. Bring your own cushion or use one of the chairs provided. Please feel free to enter/leave the room at any time due to personal schedule.
