Storybook Dance Making presented by Dance Waterloo

NEW bilingual six-week sessions | 10/29 - 12/3

Registration recommended. Follow the link below.

Storybook Dance Making is a bilingual dance program for families that uses literature as a guide. Each class consists of a warmup, game, reading, and dance making to live music. This class is ideal for families with children ages 4-8. All abilities welcome.

Over the course of six-weeks, families will explore cause and effect through literature and movement. The program series concludes with a mini-performance for extended family and friends. Families registered for the six-week series of Storybook Dance Making will recieve a resource bag with special discounts on services, products and food for families as well as activities to try at home.

Taught by a Dance Waterloo artist, this class is aligned with the National Core Arts Standards in Dance.
