LAUNCH: Teen Entrepreneur Lab Series
Just for Teens 13-18

Teens with a business plan or existing small business will get expert mentoring, coaching, and business management skills training in this free 8 week workshop series from The Exponentialists, a student-led nonprofit from the UT School of Business.

With LAUNCH, Teens age 13-18 can:

  • Launch your business, get sales, and gain funding
  • Empower your community through entrepreneurship
  • Receive 1-on-1 mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs
  • Learn successful company systems and strategies

10/10 Learn Startup and Barriers to Growth Intro to "Scaling Up," review lean startup principles, review LAUNCH structure.
10/17 How to Pitch Learn how to effectively execute a pitch for their business.
10/24 Strategy: Core and the 7 Strata Learn fundamentals of a "winning" strategy and how you can personalize it to your own company
10/31 One Page: OPSP and SWT Define your company's vision and action plan for the upcoming year; develop an efficient one page strategic plan
11/7 Execution: WWW and Marketing Learn the fundamentals of Marketing, and enable an environment of execution through learning
11/14 Leaders and their Organizations Exposure to management and leadership principles from the "leaders" chapter in Scaling Up
11/21 Cash: The Accounting Learn accounting principles that are important for business sustainability and growth.
12/5 Pitch Night Closing Night: Teens will present their business using the skills developed over the course of the LAUNCH program. 


Teens 13-18 can learn entrepreneur skills and get mentoring from pros.
