You can almost hear it - the buzzing in the air. No, it's not cicadas...it's the kids ready to burst out of school for summer!  We've got your back with tons of great events and summertime reading materials for kids of all ages (and parents, too)!

The Austin Public Library is your free ticket to a summer full of reading and loads of fun activities this June through August. All our SRP programs are free and open to families. We've got singing librarians, puppet shows, music, marine life, storytelling, opera, magic, rhythm & percussion, and arts and crafts -- plus a whole fandom related series of programs just for teens!
