Yoga with Chelsea

Join us for a holistic and accessible yoga class for adults of all ages, focusing on improving flexibility, strength, and balance through adaptive yoga.   Each session incorporates mindfulness breath work, movement, mudras, and sound healing to reduce stress and enhance mental well-being.  Participants are encouraged to bring a mat.
