What The Fit?!
What the Fit?! is adaptable to all ages, levels, and abilities. Bring a yoga mat, a large towel for modifications, and some water.
What The Fit?! is a free five-week fitness program designed to improve your alignment and get you in shape. Led by Dance Waterloo's Communications Coordinator, Laura Merkel, each week will focus on stretching, strengthening, and stabilizing a different of the body in the context of a full-body workout. Drawing techniques from yoga, restorative yoga, Pilates, and Barre this series will not only have you feeling good during these workouts, but will lay a foundation that will enhance any other workout you do throughout your week.
