Tax Assistance

Tax assistance provided by Tax Counseling for the Elderly is offered on a walk-in basis through April 17. The following Library locations offer tax tax aid. Make sure you bring the following:

  • Photo ID
  • Social Security card for each person on return
  • Tax documents for current year
  • Copy of last year's return

IRS Information: Internet access to IRS forms—www.irs.gov—is available at all Austin Public Library locations. Printouts cost 20 cents per page.
