Tween Writing Workshop with Badgerdog

Who is your SuperHero? Join us to create a comic book showing how your real-life SuperHero (older sibling, parent, grandparent, teacher, coach, mentor) saves the day! Maybe they teach you an amazing skill or take you to the library every week? Can they make a tower of delicious buttery pancakes that reach the ceiling and beyond? Does your SuperHero spend time with you, listening and sharing the great stories of their life?

Writers will create a comic book celebrating their SuperHero and materials will be provided by the Author and Library.

The Badgerdog Creative Writing program includes workshops for all ages, classroom-based lessons, and youth camps to inspire and guide our up-and-coming writers. Badgerdog is a program of The Library Foundation, which offers a range of enriching cultural and educational community programs for all ages in close partnership with the library.
