Q: What is your return policy?

A: Customers may return items within 60 days for a full refund via the original form of payment; a receipt is required. Please guarantee the items are in their original condition- with tags and in their original packaging. Customers may exchange items as long as they have a receipt and as long as the items are not damaged.

Q: Do you have an online store? 

A: Not at this time. 

Q: Can I purhase an item over the phone and pick it up in-store?

A: No, all items have to be purchased in person. 

Q: Can I place an item on hold?

A: Yes, we can hold items for 4 days. After that time, the items will return to the sales floor. 

Q: Do you sell used books? 

A: The gift shop sells a small selection of used books and media (CDs, DVDs). The main inventory of used books can be found at Recycled Reads, the Library's used bookstore, on Burnet Rd. 

Q: Do you accept donations? 

A: Yes, we accept books, DVDs, & CDs, but not magazines. Due to limited space, we cannot accept large donations. If you have more than 2 boxes of books and/or media, please donate them to Recycled Reads

Q: What is the price range of items? 

A: The least expensive item is an APL button for $0.75 and the most expensive item is a used book for $175. Our goal is to sell a wide variety of products at various price points. 

Q: As a vendor/maker, how do I get my product in the shop? 

A: Select the Artists & Vendors tab at the top of the page and you will find the information you need to contact us.
