Austin Public Library is turning 100 this year and we're celebrating like it’s the Roaring 20s! Inspired by the glamour of the Jazz Age, this program encourages participants to learn about 1920s fashion and culture. Be the bee's knees by making your own 1920's flapper headband! Max of 25 people per program. For Adults 18+.
