The Austin Brass Band comprises local brass and percussion musicians in central Texas who are passionate about the British brass banding tradition. Founded in 2005, the band has entertained the Austin area for nearly two decades, performing at venues throughout central Texas. In 2019 they made their debut at the North American Brass Band Association Championships, and returned in 2024, earning high marks for their soloists. In May 2023, they were proud to be one of the founding bands at the inaugural Texas Brass Fest in Round Top, TX."
