Mobile Court Services provided by Downtown Austin Community Court (DACC)

The Downtown Austin Community Court (DACC) is bringing its services directly to the community! DACC's services offers an easy way to check your court case status, resolve cases or warrants, and connect with DACC’s homeless services—all in a safe and accessible space.

Available Services:

• Free checks for open DACC and/or Austin Municipal Court cases or warrants
• Onsite case and warrant resolution (first come, first served based on capacity)
• Information on DACC’s homeless services, including Walk-in Case Management and Violet KeepSafe Storage
• Access to a Clinical Case Manager and DACC’s Clinical Diversion Program for ongoing support

DACC is a safe harbor court, meaning you will not be arrested for outstanding cases or warrants when using Mobile Court Services or visiting DACC for assistance.
