The Crafty Adult: Basket Weaving

Come get crafty with us! Enjoy a laid-back, informal crafting session with fellow makers. Melissa Knight will teach basket weaving workshop where we will use coil weaving techniques that are used in many cultures around the world. Participants will weave a small basket with colorful raffia (natural dried/dyed grass). This workshop is good for beginners and experienced weavers alike. Supplies are provided but may be limited.
Are you a crafter? Do you wish you were a crafter? We’ll focus on a different craft every month; we’ll learn the basics, we’ll learn the ins and outs, and then we’ll let loose. Come learn with us!
