The Crafty Adult: New Year's Vision Board Workshop

It's not too late to start the new year with fresh energy and a clear vision! Join Sari, a mindfulness-based life coach, in making a vision board (a collage of images, words, and symbols that express your wishes) in a supportive group environment. In this inspiring workshop, participants will first identify their most important values for the new year. Next, they will try guided visualization and create a vision board. They will also choose a few initial actions to move closer to their vision.
