The Crafty Adult: New Year's Vision Board Workshop

Early January is the ideal time to clarify your wishes and goals for the new year. Join Sari, a mindfulness-based life coach, in making a vision board (a collage of images, words, and symbols that express your wishes) in a supportive group environment. In this inspiring workshop, participants will first identify their most important values for the new year. Next, they will try guided visualization and create a vision board. They will also choose a few initial actions to move closer to their vision.
Supplies provided for the first 30 adults.
Are you a crafter? Do you wish you were a crafter? We’ll focus on a different craft every month; we’ll learn the basics, we’ll learn the ins and outs, and then we’ll let loose. Come learn with us!
