Kitchen Time @ the Central Library
Smoothies with Austin Davenport
Join us for our first installment of our new Kitchen Time @ the Central Library series where we invite in local partners to present a demonstration in our special kitchen demo space.
For this month we welcome in Austin Davenport, demonstrating smoothies!
About the program: Smoothies are very popular in Austin! They're great at cooling us down from heat stressors, can be a good source of dietary fiber, and possibly a serving or two of fruits and/or veggies! Join us for a tasting demonstration to spark your curiosity and get you up to speed on making smoothies at home! We'll talk flavor combinations, technique, texture, and how to craft your own recipes while trying different smoothie preparations together! Bring your curiosity, your appetite, and any questions for a great conversation to sate your stomach and ambitions!
