Qigong Meditation

Reconnect mind and body through gentle Qigong meditation—calm your breath, ease tension, and restore natural balance. In this guided session, you’ll learn simple, flowing exercises that promote relaxation, focus, and energy flow. Please wear comfortable clothing.  Bring a towel, a meditation cushion, and a yoga mat if you have one. This class offers a peaceful way to reduce stress, quiet the mind, and nurture overall well-being. No previous experience is required. 

Class time: Every Friday, 2-3:15 PM, October 17-November 21
