Qigong Meditation

Reconnect mind and body through gentle Qigong meditation, calm your breath, ease tension, and restore natural balance. Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a towel to cover knee joints during meditation and bring your own meditation cushion and yoga mat if you have one.  If you don't have them, that is ok.  Meditation can be done sitting on the chair.
