Yoga with Jennifer

This class is excellent for anyone interested in exploring the overall health benefits of yoga while being accessible to those who have limited range of motion or challenges with balance. Joints and muscle groups will be engaged through a series of movements that offer opportunities to find strength and ease with the support of mindful breathing. 

Please bring your own mat.  The Library will have a few to share.
