Austin’s Archives & You: Preserving City & Community Histories

Informational Workshop

The Austin History Center needs your input!

  • We invite you to join us at the Carver Branch Library on Saturday August 9th to learn about our work and the Austin's Archives & You survey.
  • Enjoy snacks and help us decide the direction of our programs, exhibits, and spaces.
  • Complete our survey and receive a free coffee mug (while supplies last) or historic map!

The Austin History Center (AHC), is a branch of the Austin Public Library that serves as the archive for the City of Austin and our communities. We invite you to help shape the direction of our programs, exhibits, and spaces by taking our survey and attending our public meetings and workshops.

Our hope is to be inclusive of as many voices in Austin's community as possible. We are hosting workshops across the city and are continuously adding more, mark your calendars and join us when you can! We would also love to present our work and survey to your community organization. If you'd like to invite us to come to you, please contact us!
