Bullock Museum Free First Sunday

Enjoy FREE exhibition admission all day during H-E-B Free First Sundays, held the first Sunday of every month. Activities are from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Explore the Story of Texas through three floors of exhibitions that showcase and tell the history of artifacts from around the state. 

Join us for a special H-E-B Free First Sunday in celebration of all things Star Wars. Enjoy special demonstrations and hands-on activities including intergalactic-themed craft stations for adults and kids of all ages.

Activities:

• Snap a photo with a member of the 501st Legion and Saber Guild — Jakku Temple and Rebel Legion — Kessel Base.
• Join Girlstart for an interactive Star Wars STEM demo and hands-on activities for kids of all ages.
• Explore Star Wars comics and more with Dragon’s Lair Austin.
• 10:30 a.m. & 11:30 a.m.: Enjoy a space-themed story time and craft with Austin Public Library.
• 2–3 p.m.: Join the Austin Philharmonic Orchestra for a free concert in the Bullock Grand Lobby! This all-volunteer community orchestra will play favorite movie soundtrack tunes, including the music from Raiders of the Lost Ark, Star Trek, Pirates of the Caribbean, and of course, Star Wars.
