Cooking Club - Julia Child and Ratatouille

Come engage with the Austin’s foodie community with the APL Cooking Club! Beginners to experts are encouraged to learn new skills and share old ones, exchange recipes and stories, and support each other’s cooking adventures guided by monthly topics.

This September Cooking Club will meet to celebrate Julia Child and learn about her influence on the home cook in America. We will demonstrate and sample her famous Ratatouille recipe from “Mastering the Art of French Cooking.”
