PRINTMAKING WORKSHOP

Women & Their Work and Austin Public Library bring you this free workshop. Stencils will be provided; no formal drawing skills are required!

Participants will learn the fundamental techniques behind relief printmaking, a versatile technique where the image is carved or etched onto a surface, leaving the raised areas to be inked for printing. Each participant will receive a linoleum block for carving and will leave with several completed print compositions on both fabric and paper.
