Fun-geneering Workshop presented by LASA Robotics

Fungineering workshops, started by our competitive robotics team in 2023 in partnership with the Austin Public Library, are free-of-charge, interactive STEM experiences designed to engage families using fun, hands-on STEM activities.

We are generously hosted by local libraries, where we set up different robotics and engineering based activities such as LEGO robots, LEGO gearbox mechanisms, popsicle-stick bridges, catapults, and towers, and much more!

Overall, the goal is to introduce engineering principles in an exciting, family-friendly setting where all kids can learn, while making new friends and memories.
