Memoir Writing Adult Workshop

In this memoir writing workshop we'll examine dynamic memoir excerpts and study pages from "The Art of Time in Memoir" by Sven Birkerts. We'll take a deep dive into our own lives, pulling memories and outlining our personal narratives. We will spend time on voice, theme, and structure in order to help organize and bring to life the stories we have inside us.  

The Badgerdog Creative Writing program includes workshops for all ages, classroom-based lessons, and youth camps to inspire and guide our up-and-coming writers. Badgerdog is a program of The Library Foundation, which offers a range of enriching cultural and educational community programs for all ages in close partnership with the library.
