CREATE!

A Century of Art

Celebrate Austin Public Library!  We're turning 100, so come on over and have some fun with us!

A Century of Art is a creative program where you can experience the art of someone who was popular 100 years ago. . . and is still well-known today. This art stands the test of time, but can you make some even better? Come see!

This month will be Foujita, an artist that straddled Eastern and Western cultures in his art. He lived in Paris, listened to Jazz, and loved cats! So, we'll be paying homage to his pet portraits in February.
