Celebrate Native American History month by making a mini yarn woven basket inspired by Berry Song. Berry Song is written and illustrated by Michaela Goade, an acclaimed Indigenous author, illustrator, and enrolled member of the Tlingit and Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska. Her artwork integrates flowing, organic motifs inspired by traditional Northwest Coast formline and Tlingit culture, traditional weaving heritage, and environmental stewardship. Materials and instructions provided, no weaving experience necessary.
