Austin Public Library’s annual Kids Block Party — the city’s big celebration of children, literacy, and learning through play! This FREE event is perfect for kids ages 0–12 and their families.
This year, we’re launching 2025 Summer at Austin Public Library with six exciting activity blocks:

📚 Storytimes & Literacy Fun with Typewriter Rodeo
🏃 Big Body Play
🔬 Tech Play & STEAM Exploration with Mad Science
👨👩👧 Family Resource Fair
🌿 Nature Activities & Face Painting (9–11 AM) in partnership with Parks and Recreation’s Seaholm Intake Facility & Trail Conservancy
