2025 APL Voting Locations

Austinites have been asked to decide on 17 proposed amendments to the state constitution, as well as Proposition Q, a local ballot measure that proposes increasing the city's property tax rate to fund critical municipal services for the 2025–2026 fiscal year. 

The Austin Public Library offers three early voting locations, open now until October 31st: 

  • Carver Branch, 1161 Angelina St
  • Cepeda Branch, 651 N Pleasant Valley Rd
  • Ruiz Branch, 1600 Grove Blvd

Election Day voting takes place on Tuesday, November 4th at these APL locations: 

  • Carver Branch, 1161 Angelina St
  • Cepeda Branch, 651 N Pleasant Valley Rd
  • Terrazas Branch, 1105 E Cesar Chavez
  • Twin Oaks Branch,  1800 S 5th St
  • Windsor Park Branch, 5833 Westminster Dr
  • Milwood Branch, 12500 Amherst Dr
  • Ruiz Branch, 1600 Grove Blvd
  • Menchaca Road Branch, 5500 Menchaca Rd
  • Hampton Branch at Oak Hill, 5125 Convict Hill Rd
