Centennial Card Art Contest Winners Announced

The winning designs will be featured on official Austin Public Library cards available at all library locations in September. 

The Austin Public Library invited the community to help shape the next chapter of its story through the Centennial Library Card Art Contest, a public art initiative celebrating the library’s 100th anniversary. After receiving a whopping 10,231 votes in the online poll, we are proud to announce the winners in each category: 

• Children (0–12): “The Library’s 100th Birthday Party”

Designed by Yaretzi Nicole Cruz Santiago 

• Adults (18+): “Inspiring All to Discover, Learn, and Create”
