NOTICE: Temporary Extended Turnaround Time

Due to a temporary Imaging Lab closure, still image reproduction orders received September 5–20 may take up to 20 business days to complete. Large or complex orders may take longer. Orders received through September 4 and beginning on or after September 21 will follow our standard turnaround time.

Standard Turnaround Time (for Orders Received Outside of September 5-20)

Requests are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 15 business days from the date we receive your order. 

Large or complex orders may take longer. Some orders may also take longer if they need research help, offsite scanning, or extra review. 

If fees apply, files will only be delivered after payment is received.
