The Austin Public Library offers free beginner Spanish or French language learning classes to the community. Our classes are a safe, non-judgmental, and friendly space for library customers to come in and work on their beginner Spanish or French language skills. We are seeking volunteers at various branches to co-facilitate one of our classes who are fluent in either Spanish or French, and are excellent at speaking slowly and clearly for early language learners. We will provide the curriculum and supplies. This is a three or six month commitment, depending on the length of the curriculum.
