Board Game Programming at the Library Program Assistant

This volunteer position is a six month commitment to co-facilitating our Board Game programming at one of our branches. We are looking for volunteers who have experience with many types of board games, including adult games (cooperative, strategy, resource management). Some examples include Ticket to Ride, Tesseract, Harmonies, Forbidden Island, Robo Rally, Azul, Splendor, and Skull. This volunteer role seeks someone with customer service experience, who is comfortable leading attendees in learning to play games and playing with attendees as needed. This position also includes assistance with set up and take down. We are excited to take on a volunteer who is enthusiastic about games!

Current needs:

Twin Oaks Branch | 1800 S. Fifth St.

  • Last Saturday of the month - 12:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
