SOS Portal provides up-to-date access to information about Texas business organizations maintained by the Office of the Secretary of State. Name availability, assumed name, federal employer identification number (FEIN) and taxpayer identification number (TID) are among the search options. Both active and dead corporations are included in the database. Access to UCC and trademarks searching is also available.
