Terrazas Non-Fiction BYO Book Club

The Terrazas Non-Fiction BYO (Bring Your Own) Book Club meets monthly to discuss a non-fiction topic. 

This month's topic: the American Civil War.

Participants can read any book relating to the subject and share what they learned with the group. A diversity of sources and information should make for interesting conversation.

Here is a list of some suggestions.

The final day of the American Civil War is often cited as May 26, 1865. Memorial Day was first nationally observed on May 30, 1868 to honor Union soldiers who had died in the American Civil War.
