Much Maligned & Misunderstood Animals

Austin Wildlife Rescue rehabilitates and releases orphaned, injured, and sick wild animals and educates the public to coexist with wildlife.

Please join us at Terrazas as we welcome Austin Wildlife Rescue for a talk about how important wildlife is to our ecosystem, how the public can help wildlife, how AWR helps wildlife. You will gain more information about specific species that have a tendency to be viewed negatively by the public (coyotes, foxes, raccoons, armadillos etc). Coyotes are a hot topic in Austin,  so our speaker will be spending quite a bit on them to further explain why they have such an important role in our ecosystem.
